Once your booking is confirmed, we will schedule a date and time for the cleaning service. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows or cancellations after our staff has arrived at your location will be charged the full service amount.
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access your property due to incorrect information or no one being present to provide access, a cancellation fee may apply.
